Currently accepting new clients! Welcome! I provide a safe and non judgmental environment where teens and adults can process their stories, gain insight and work through past and current challenges. I have over fifteen years experience providing therapy in a variety of treatment settings to adolescents through adulthood in all different stages of life. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, marital and/or family conflict, low self esteem, difficulty navigating a current or recent change in life experiences, adjustment to college, parenthood and/or experiencing increased stress managing day to day life.
