I am deeply passionate about helping people explore who they are, who they hope to become, and how to integrate those identities into a meaningful and realistic path forward. I take pride in offering empathetic, nonjudgmental support, and I tailor each session to reflect the needs and goals of the individual. I view mental health as an ongoing process rather than a fixed destination, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate that journey.
