I work with adult individuals (20+) and partners in relationships who are emotionally attuned but often exhausted—due to chronic overfunctioning, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from their own feelings and needs. Many carry relational wounds, identity pain, and/or the fearful beliefs that they are “too much” or “not enough”. My deepest calling is to support people in reclaiming the parts of themselves that have never felt fully seen, understood, or celebrated. I believe healing begins in spaces where we can slow down, feel safe enough to be witnessed in our rawness, and build more honest connections—with others and within.
