The human experience is complex and a journey of transformation and growth. However, when our experiences cause past narratives, loss of self, and somatic sensations to hinder our ability to do those things, we may discover our longing to change. I believe the purpose of psychotherapy is for us to find wholeness and connection through the process of exploring our thoughts and feelings from a place of curiosity and self-compassion. As a therapist, my goal is to help guide, nurture, and empower individuals on their journey of self-exploration and in the discovery of their innate resiliency to manage and overcome barriers.
