Hello, my name is Courtney and I am a daughter, a mother, and a therapist! I am a believer in all things mental health and wellness! I decided to pursue a career in counseling because I have a great passion for supporting individuals in a nonjudgmental, safe, and inviting space. My goal in our therapeutic relationship is to help guide you in making positive choices, while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle that helps you become your whole self. Let us take this journey together and find your healing for the next step of your life. I work with adolescents and adults. My specialties include stress management, relationship conflict, low self-esteem, personality disorders, family issues, and life transitions. The modalities I use in practice include Adlerian therapy, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art therapy, Multicultural therapy, and eclectic therapy techniques.
