I'm a Clinical Psychologist, licensed in CT, NY and authorized through PSYPACT, providing services to children, adolescents, adults and families. I offer virtual appointments, as well as in person therapy in Southport, CT. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Family Based Treatment for eating disorders (FBT) and use these modalities to provide research-backed clinical care. I believe in creating an individualized approach to treatment to meet the unique needs of my clients while promoting trust and collaboration in therapy.
