Whether you’re struggling with general anxiety, depression, self-esteem or relationship issues, or specifically struggling with issues related to pregnancy/postpartum such as trying-to-conceive, perinatal mood disorders, grief/loss, or adjusting to parenthood, I provide support and guidance to help you with greater ease and resilience. I offer a warm, safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive place for you to talk about your pain & feel understood. I will help navigate your feelings, fears, & joys.
