I love walking with women through challenging seasons of life, especially those navigating relationships and empowerment in midlife and women in their 20s who are seeking meaning and trying to go deeper in self-awareness and insight. My clients come to me for things like relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, inner child work, setting boundaries, life transitions, emotional regulation, shame, and codependency. I also create a safe space for clients who wish to explore their healing journey through a faith-based lens.
