My approach to therapy emphasizes meeting you where you are. Built on compassion, non-judgment and collaboration, we will work towards navigating active hardships and untangling confusing, complex thoughts and behaviors to rekindle a way of being that resonates with you. In therapy, I work to provide an environment for you to learn more about yourself, to better understand the things that trouble you, and to expand your coping capacities. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with diverse developmental stages. My treatment approach is predicated on a person-centered, eclectic approach to meet your needs.
