Supporting children and adults looking to develop insight and strategies to manage stage-of-life challenges such as cognitive issues including irrational thoughts, disruptions and transitions, maternal and perinatal health, grief and loss, adjusting to bodily changes, social skills and emotional traumas are my specializations as a Licensed Social Worker. You'll process current patterns and symptoms and the impact of the past. We'll identify ways to address worry, sleep difficulty, intrusive thoughts, conflict, sadness, low-self esteem, dating issues, bullying, school and career issues and more. In sessions we collaboratively work to understand and take care of the whole self–psychological, spiritual, social, and biological. I encourage my clients to explore the full extent of their personhood without shame, guilt or judgment. My goal is to empower people to overcome life’s obstacles, improve mental well-being, and lead a more fulfilling life.
