My specialties include: PTSD/C-PTSD, domestic violence, partner abuse, sexual assault/abuse, sudden loss, grief, betrayal, affairs, guilt/shame, ADHD/focus issues, dissociation, self-harming behaviors, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, addiction and suicidal ideation. I work with children, youth, adults, couples/groups, and families. My practice is LGBTQ-welcoming and kink-positive. I can help you navigate toxic or abusive relationships safely; process painful memories; manage triggers; regulate emotions; cope with grief/loss; make and maintain healthy boundaries; build happier, healthier relationships; create a positive self-image; and find the purpose, freedom and hope you know deep down you are worth.
