I work with a range of different mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders and sexual interest/identity issues. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and together we can work on a plan to lead you to becoming a well adjusted and more fulfilled person. Working through and healing from trauma can be a very difficult process and you do not have to navigate this alone. I am trained in Prolonged Exposure for assessing and treating trauma.
