Relationships are complicated and dynamic, and my approach to therapy is to build an emotionally safe and nurturing relationship for you to reconnect to yourself and expand your relational skills as a support to repair and rebuild with the people most important to you. I am a person-centered therapist with a focus on attachment, trauma processing, development, and resilience skill building.
