I am a trauma-informed clinician based in Baltimore with over two decades of experience helping children, families, and adult survivors heal from the effects of trauma, abuse, and violence. I draw on evidence-based approaches that support memory, resilience, and recovery. I work with adult survivors, children (8+), teens, and LGBTQIA young adults who would like to engage in therapy in Maryland or Baltimore. I have a depth of understanding and training in the dynamics of trauma and specialty in court involved cases. My experience is primarily with children and more recently with adult survivors of trauma in forensic contexts. Trained in TF-CBT, EMDR, somatic nature-based therapy, I conduct sessions virtually, and in-person, at your own pace. Informed by your comfort level, sessions could be in-person or virtual, with consideration for outdoor or walking therapy to support wellbeing, emotional regulation, healthy attachment and accelerated healing.
