My ideal client is someone who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — whether in their parenting, their relationships, or within themselves. They might be a caregiver struggling with their child’s big emotions or behaviors and unsure how to respond in a way that feels both firm and loving. Or they may be an adult grappling with anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma, craving deeper understanding and more peace in their daily life. They’re often thoughtful and insightful, even if they don’t always feel that way. They want to show up better for their children, their partners, or themselves!
