Taking the first step into therapy can seem like a herculean effort. We all have the capacity for change, but life can distract us from knowing our true selves. I will create a space where you can feel seen and heard, where there are no wrong questions. Together, we will navigate the obstacles through a foundation of trust, transparency and maybe even some humor. I am comfortable with the uncomfortable and am deeply committed to creating a space where clients can show up as their most authentic selves. I believe that therapy is a collaboration between two humans, and that goodness-of-fit is crucial to a healthy relationship.
