I see so many people who aren’t necessarily unwell, but feel trapped and unable to make progress in their lives. They’re "going through the motions" – and getting caught up in issues that they could actually solve quite easily. It breaks my heart when clients believe they can’t fix their unresolved issues – and that the history handed to them dictates their future. My gift is helping my clients recognize their unique mental strengths and natural skill sets, so they can navigate from the uncomfortable present toward a more empowered future.
