Hello! My name is Cristina and I am a bilingual, trauma-specialized therapist who has worked primarily with BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA communities, immigrants, asylum seekers, domestic violence survivors, and those navigating grief/loss. I enjoy supporting clients in learning or re-learning to trust their own bodies and lean into their ancestral knowledge and intuition. I help clients to identify the ways in which grief, trauma, or pain might be showing up in their bodies and minds, then work together to understand, cope or heal.
