I bring a mindfulness approach that focuses on non-judgment, compassion and identifying your strengths even when you may have trouble seeing them. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years experience in mental health and over 25 years in the wellness field. I have a Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro. I look forward to connecting with you and improving your life experience!
