For over 25 years, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. My primary speciality is in the diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders, emotion related eating issues, anxiety disorders and other related issues. I work with children, adolescents and adults and provide family education/support when appropriate. Because of the complex issues related to these conditions, I have additional experience working with clients on relationship issues, family conflict, mood disorders and personality disorders. Providing evidenced based treatment in a supportive environment is the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship. Using a combination of ACT, DBT and mindfulness, I strive to give each individual the personalized support needed to guide their recovery. For children, I incorporate Family Based Treatment (FBT) interventions to support the family.
