As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep desire for helping individuals navigate stress and anxiety, I am passionate about working with women, especially African American women. With 5 years of experience in the field, I understand the unique challenges and pressures that many women face in today's world. I also understand the unique cultural, social, and systemic factors that can impact the mental health of African American women. I am commited to providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their concerns. In our first session, we will spend some time getting to know one another. We will discuss your expectations and desired outcome of therapy. This will help me create an individualized plan to assist you in meeting your goals.
