If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply worn down from carrying so much, this can be a space to pause, breathe, and feel a little less alone. I’m Tina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I help teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma in a way that feels real, grounded, and human. My approach is warm, direct, and supportive, with room for honesty, curiosity, and the occasional lightness, because healing does not have to feel cold or clinical.
