I believe in evidence based approaches and a lot of empathy. I work well with teens and adults, neurodivergent folks, fellow members of the LGBTQAI+ community, and people seeking a judgment free space. Before I became a counselor I was an art teacher. I bring the creativity, humor, and energy I had in my classroom to every therapy session. We have difficulties that help shape who we are, but we don’t have to let them define who we become. My goal is to help you on your journey with compassion, and the occasional reality check, when needed. My two assistants (pictured below) are also eager to help. After teaching through Covid I have learned how to connect virtually and am looking forward to working with you from the comfort of your own space. I also offer a "pay what you can" model for my clients, I believe that mental healthcare should be accessible for everyone.
