Life is full of ups and downs that can be overwhelming at times. While learning to manage and adapt to challenges are important to personal growth, so is having someone walk that journey with you. I base my therapeutic approach around building a solid foundation of trust and acceptance with my clients. We laugh, we cry, we work hard. I value individuality and will encourage first and foremost that you accept “you as you” and not what today’s societal norms tell you what you should or shouldn’t be.
