Crystal is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a true Rogerian at heart, known for her warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach. She is deeply committed to helping people grow, heal, and step into the healthiest versions of themselves. With over 16 years of experience, Crystal has worked with children, adolescents, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, and a wide range of life stressors. Her primary passion is supporting individuals impacted by trauma. Crystal is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can process painful experiences and move toward lasting healing and emotional freedom. Crystal is trained in Brainspotting, a focused, brain-based therapy that helps identify and process stored trauma and emotional pain by locating specific eye positions, often called “brainspots”, that connect to where those experiences are held in the brain. As the principle behind Brainspotting says, “Where you look affects how you feel.”
