About

I began contributing to the helping fields since 2007 when I started working with families with special needs children. I spent a few years specializing in behavior therapy for children and adolescents with cognitive and emotional challenges. During school, I spent time interning at the Salvation Army's rehabilitation center in Anaheim CA. From that association sprang many years working with and specializing in the techniques that best serve comorbid and addiction issues. Many people feel addiction is a stand along issue; my experience has shown me that many more people have emotional pain at the core of addiction.
