I help clients to overcome life struggles, inter- or intra-personal issues, pre-marital issues, process trauma/attachment history, increase coping skills, self-esteem, parenting issues, career/academic dissatisfaction, communication and conflict resolution skills. Have you sought a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns? Are you looking for a therapist that is direct and open with observations? I want clients to feel empowered, capable and supported in a judgement free space. At Growth and Transitions, there are also other clinicians and a Life Coach available if needed. I want to offer wrap around support you. In session, I will use evidenced-based practices and humor. I am open and direct in session and value your feedback. I have been counseling since 2014 and have a breadth experience with a multitude of challenges. Extensive work with IPV, addiction, LGBTQAI+. Other clinicians at the agency offer different styles and consultations.
