We are often dealt circumstances that are beyond our understanding and personal control. Many of these experiences distort our perception of who we truly are. My practice focuses on liberation- by overcoming the impact of childhood trauma, shame, eating disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, or difficulty attaching (codependency or anti-dependency). My goal is to join you in your discovery that change is possible. Treatment formats include IFS (parts work), EMDR, Brainspotting, and experiential therapies by Pia Melody's work on childhood trauma/codependency. I integrate EMDR & Brainspotting, addressing trauma at its core, facilitating rapid and lasting healing, & promoting emotional well-being. I specialize in childhood trauma, codependency, anxiety & eating disorders. I'm Certified in Complex Trauma Level II, Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional, EMDR II, Brainspotting, CBT-E & IFS Trained Level 1.
