I work to empower my clients and increase their resiliency within a multicultural framework. I work with individuals, groups and families ranging from child to older adult, to provide a safe, affirming and inclusive space. I offer guidance in establishing healthy relationships, managing anger or anxiety and providing postpartum support or parenting assistance. I specialize in helping clients to manage their anxiety, depression and provide support in addiction and recovery.
