Have you tried therapy before, but found it draining or less than helpful? Many people engage in therapy only to address symptoms, without addressing their root cause. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to explore their past and present in order to move into their future with confidence. My authentic nature and strengths-based approach help me build rapport and find buy-in with clients who have difficulty opening up, as well as with those who struggle to see themselves making positive changes in their lives.
