Inspired by Viktor Frankl’s profound insight, "When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves." Each person carries a distinct narrative shaped by their experiences and challenges, and it is within these stories that we find the potential for growth and resilience. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that true healing occurs when we explore the deeper aspects of ourselves. My clients face trauma like flashbacks from past abuse, substance abuse (dependency cycles), crises (like loss or despair), and limiting beliefs hindering growth.
