I’m Crystal, a compassionate therapist and life coach dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. I specialize in trauma recovery, relationship dynamics, life transitions, veteran support, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I’ve had the honor of walking alongside clients as they experience powerful transformations. Whether you're healing from past trauma, navigating complex relationships, adjusting to a major life change, transitioning from military to civilian life, or seeking affirming support as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, we’ll work together to create a path forward that feels authentic and empowering. I am EFCT Advanced trained and provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your challenges and goals.
