One of my favorite quotes is "Life ain't always beautiful, but it's a beautiful ride." I have often found that life can throw you a curveball when you least expect it and it is often hard to navigate those challenges on your own. Have you ever found yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed about things going on in your life ? What if you could have an unbiased, safe space to openly express those thoughts or feelings without needing to censor yourself or fear judgement. That is what I do, provide a safe space where you can feel empowered to openly express yourself and work towards achieving your goals. I have been a social worker for 26 years, helping individuals navigate ongoing struggles in their lives such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, end of life, grief, and single parenthood. I utilize talk therapy and humor to assist my clients in working through their thoughts/fears and help them learn new approaches for coping with life's challenges.
