Reaching out and allowing somebody to help you sort through pain can be an intimidating process. At CCC, we understand the courage it takes and because of this we believe in building a strong relationship based on trust. Not every therapist is a good match and we want to respect your time and finances. We offer a free 20-minute consultation to see what it would be like to work together and are committed to finding a good fit for you in our practice. Our goal is to provide a safe space for your story and to help you achieve healthy relationships and self-worth. Our team would be honored to be part of your healing process. On our team we have trauma therapists (EMDR and body centered approaches), grief specialists, eating disorder therapists, couples counselors who also offer premarital counseling, certified perinatal mental health therapists (PMH-C), and therapists who specialize in relationship and interpersonal dynamics.
