Hi, I’m Dr. Angela Jackson, founder of Culturally Competent Therapy. I welcome clients who are ready to explore their stories, unpack emotional burdens, and take steps toward meaningful change—at their own pace. Many are high-achieving women and fellow professionals who are tired of carrying everything alone. Others are everyday individuals who want to live more consciously, stop pretending they're “okay,” and finally process the quiet grief of losing loved ones, low self-esteem, or leaving unhealthy relationships. They come to therapy seeking clarity, healing, and space to reconnect with themselves.
