My work is about helping you reclaim your life. I believe the answers you seek are already within you. Together, we'll uncover your strengths, release your pain and create a path forward that is true to you. I will help you build the tools you need to create, meaningful, lasting change. My area of focus is with clients who have experienced trauma. It underlies almost all. In each session you can expect to gain any or all of the following: a clearer understanding of yourself, customized coping strategies and a plan for change, increased confidence in your own judgment, and the freedom from past burdens that comes from emotional release.
