With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals improve their overall well-being. My passion lies in supporting clients through various challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance use, parenting issues, career difficulties, neglect, physical abuse, trauma, and more. I have also had the privilege of working with individuals who were formerly incarcerated, providing them with the tools and support needed to navigate their new paths in life.
