If you are looking for relief from overwhelming anxiety or desire the ability to tame anxiety impacting your life, then you are in the right place! I am a therapist passionate about working with those experiencing anxiety and related issues such as obsessive-compulsive disorders, depressive disorders, transitional life stress, and interpersonal problems. Anxiety can be invasive and scary. With years of helping those troubled by anxiety, I have found trust, openness, and commitment to change to be the most prominent factors in successfully overcoming anxiety's challenges. I practice trauma-informed care, cultural awareness, and provide safe, allied space. I primarily use techniques from Psychodynamic, Feminist, & Humanistic therapies. My goal is to relieve suffering through understanding your unique experiences and functioning, why you are experiencing your symptoms, and how I can support your growth.
