I work with individuals by supporting them in cultivating a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves. I have a particular interest in helping individuals and families improve their relationship with food and their bodies. I work from a Health at Every Size framework and it is important to me to cultivate a safe and compassionate space for people to reflect on their life and experiences. I also enjoy supporting people with their struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulties around life transitions, transcultural issues, parenting and family/relationship issues.
