Are you an athlete struggling to make a specific time or team? Feeling pressure to perform? Do you perform differently in practice than at competitions? Are you sports parents with concern about your child - athlete? Is sports getting in the way of your family dynamic? I work with athletes and families to help overcome stressors and mental blocks in the realm of sports as well as in day-to-day life. My degree is in Marriage and Family therapy and I work with couples and families outside of the sporting world as well.
