My belief is that a therapeutic relationship allows for a partnership to help navigate life's challenges. I work hard to provide a safe, trusting, and validating environment for every client. I believe everyone is equipped with the skills and tools they need to be the best version of themselves, and counseling helps us to connect with, and better utilize those skills and tools. I have experience working with adolescents, couples, military/first responders, mood disorders, childhood trauma, and religious trauma/issues. I utilize CBT, EMDR, ACT, and somatic/mindfulness modalities during sessions.
