Hi! I'm Cindy (she/her), a graduate student in Mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling. I believe that healing and growth happen in relationship. I'm interested in how we experience ourselves, our experience with others, and with our enviornment. What do we want, need, what seems to be getting in the way, and how we can navigate our way through to become more of who we are and want to be. In our work together, I assist you in taking a deeper look at what comes up for you, and what you want to explore and work on so you can have more freedom and choice in creating a rich and meaningful life.
