Are you feeling anxious and stressed out? In a safe and supportive space, we'll unravel your complex feelings, explore your sense of self, and navigate your needs and patterns with compassion and understanding. I work with teens and adults and further specialize in working with former foster youth, adoptees, and those connected to foster care and adoption. My work is client-led, adoption-competent, trauma-informed, neurodiverse affirming, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I approach every client without judgement and with their best interest. I begin all therapeutic relationships by meeting my clients where they are in their journey. I hope to provide a sounding board with care and therapeutic guidance for all of my clients. I strive to create a safe space that embodies acceptance and builds a sense of empowerment and confidence.
