I am Certified in EMDR Therapy, and also a Certified Sex Therapist. My primary focus includes: trauma, anxiety, self worth, guilt and shame, neurodivergence - specifically ADHD and late diagnosed/late identified Autism, intimacy and sexuality concerns, pelvic pain, fear and anxiety around intimacy, chronic pain and chronic illness, as well as medical trauma, and manifestation of stress physically in the body. I am kink affirming and knowledgable, LGBTQ+/sexual and gender minority inclusive, and a sex positive provider. As an EMDR certified clinician, I am passionate about applying the benefits of EMDR therapy and EMDR intensive programs with clients who are motivated to live without disturbance from their past. I work with anxiety, fear, trauma, and getting past stuck thoughts/negative beliefs. I offer evidence-based therapy for clients, virtually throughout California.
