I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and therefore do not have an "ideal client". I work best with adults who are sensitive and motivated. I am patient and therefore can go at the pace of my client. I have a lot of experience with helping adults reach their potential in work, relationships and the pursuit of their true interest. I have worked with people with: depression, low self-esteem issues, relationship issues, career issues, anxiety, trauma, more severe mental illness and issues of loss and grief.
