I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience treating anxiety, mood, stress, and trauma disorders that impact adult men and women. The focus of my practice is on health, healing, and hope. I also specialize in helping individuals work through challenges that occur as a result of midlife transitions, (e.g. career/financial changes, separation, divorce, loss), traumatic events, and/or personal crisis. Despite the stress or anguish that may come with these challenges, they also provide us with opportunities for growth and healing, including repairing relationships, and prioritizing wellness.
