After years of on and off therapy myself, I understand the fatigue and desperation of finding someone you can trust and get quality support from. I have worked for 10 years in different treatment programs and am a strong believer that regardless of your walk of life, you have the potential to overcome any obstacle and live life to the fullest. Specializing with individuals and couples, I work with those struggling in self-medicating, life transitions, and mental health barriers including depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, grief and loss, bipolar disorder and BPD.
