Therapy is most valuable when a person feels seen, heard, and understood. I know the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for that to happen with my clients. I view the success of the counseling encounter as the result of a joint commitment to a collaborative relationship between myself and the client while they are on their journey to growth, healing, and positive change. It is my mission to help bring about that positive change for those I have the privilege to work with. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My clinical experience includes working in private practice and community counseling agency settings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Integrative Therapy and Christian counseling.
