My clients are individuals, families, couples, or groups, both adolescent and adult, who are looking to improve their lives by improving their mental health and interpersonal relationships. My clients may be suffering through some of the natural circumstances of life and need support and tools for successfully coping with these issues. I also work with client who are engaging in maladaptive behaviors that are negatively impacting their mental, physical, spiritual, and interpersonal functioning.
