I obtained my MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. In 2018, I relocated from Maryland to the Tampa Bay area where I have worked in residential treatment, outpatient therapy, neuropsychology and now in private practice. From my experience, I understand how mental health issues can seem complicated. This is because there are so many factors that can contribute to mental health issues. That is why I take a creative therapeutic approach that uses evidence-based techniques uniquely suited just for you.
